Syria's deputy foreign minister has accused Britain of being directly responsible for the deaths of civilians in his country.
Doctor Fayssal Mekdad's accusation was in response to an incident in which a British-Algerian man was killed on the Syrian border.
His family insists he was a documentary film-maker.
Speaking to Sky News foreign affairs editor Tim Marshall, the minister insisted his government has not committed any violations of a UN ceasefire.
